薄弱环节护理培训在预防产后初期乳胀中的应用
Application of weak link nursing training in preventing early postpartum breast distension
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of weak link nursing training in the prevention of early postpartum breast distension.Methods A total of 217 parturients admitted to Changhai Hospital from June to November 2023 were selected and divided into control group(113 cases)and intervention group(104 cases)according to the order of admission time.The control group received routine postpartum nursing guidance,while the intervention group received the weak point nursing training on the basis of the control group.The incidence of postpartum breast distension 5 days after delivery,the mastery of postpartum breast distension knowledge,the compliance of on-demand lactation and milking,the self-confidence and satisfaction of parturient and their families were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postpartum breast distension 5 days after delivery in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The mastery rate of postpartum breast distension knowledge in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of on-demand lactation and milking in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The self-confidence and satisfaction scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Weak link in nursing training can help nurses find nursing problems in time and accurately and providing effective intervention,so as to reduce the incidence of early postpartum breast distension,improve the cognition and attention of parturient and their families to the disease,promote the practice of preventing breast distension,and improve the self-confidence and satisfaction of parturient.关键词
