摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized midwifery nursing in obstetric delivery puerpera.Methods A total of 110 puerperas who gave birth in Yuncheng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(55 cases)and control group(55 cases)by random number table method.The control group received clinical routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received humanized midwifery nursing.The cesarean section rate,satisfaction,emotion,pain,and neonatal Apgar score were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower after intervention(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the pain score of the observation group was lower,and the neonatal Apgar score was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized midwifery nursing can reduce the cesarean section rate,relieve maternal pain,and ensure the health of mother and child.关键词
