Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of activating spleen and unblocking governor vessel massage combined with holistic nursing in children with acute rotavirus(RV)infectious diarrhea.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 children with acute RV infectious diarrhea in the First Rehabilitation Hospital of Shandong from August 2022 to January 2023.The children were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received activating spleen and unblocking governor vessel massage combined with holistic nursing.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and total family satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the total family satisfaction rate in the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of activating spleen and unblocking governor vessel massage combined with holistic nursing in children with acute RV infectious diarrhea can improve symptoms and family satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
