Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on the quality of life in cervical cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy.Methods A total of 80 cervical cancer patients who underwent radiotherapy in Yantai City Yantaishan Hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(n=40)and study group(n=40)by drawing lots method.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received evidence-based nursing.The quality of life and total satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of physiological function,physical role function,physical pain,general health,vitality,social function,emotional role function and mental health in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 77.50%(31/40)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing to cervical cancer radiotherapy can improve the quality of life and satisfaction.关键词
