Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of health education combined with personalized diet nursing on maternal and infant outcomes of gravidas with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 gravidas admitted to Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from October 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)by drawing lots.The control group received health education combined with routine diet nursing,while the observation group received health education combined with personalized diet nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of health cognition(caloric intake,diet structure,and diet style)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education combined with personalized diet nursing can control the blood glucose index of gravidas with gestational diabetes mellitus in a more stable state,improve the level of health cognition of gravidas,and help reduce the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes,which is worth promoting.关键词
