Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of heat preservation nursing in patients with general anesthesia during total hysterectomy under laparoscope.Methods Fifty patients with total hysterectomy under laparoscope treated in Jinan Third People's Hospital from April 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing intervention,and the observation group used heat preservation nursing intervention.The incidence of chills and operation temperature were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of chills in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The body temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 15 and 30 minutes after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in body temperature between the two groups at the beginning of operation(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of heat preservation nursing in patients with general anesthesia during total hysterectomy under laparoscope can effectively reduce the loss of body temperature and the incidence of chills.关键词
