摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of problem list and free decision-making nursing model in children with severe viral encephalitis(SVE).Methods A total of 90 children with SVE treated in Nanning Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group adopted the routine nursing mode,and the study group adopted the problem list and free decision-making nursing model on the basis of routine nursing.Symptom recovery time,motor function score,and total satisfaction rate of family members were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in gross motor function measure-88(GMFM-88)and Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA)scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of GMFM-88 and FMA in study group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The duration of symptom recovery in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the total satisfaction rate of family members was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The problem list and free decision-making nursing model can effectively shorten the recovery time of children,improve the motor function of children and the satisfaction of family members,with high quality of nursing,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
