摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with uterine fibroid surgery.Methods A total of 76 patients with uterine fibroid surgery admitted to Chengyang District People's Hospital of Qingdao City from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into 38 patients in each group by random number table method.The control group used routine operation nursing,the observation group used clinical nursing pathway,and the intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The time of getting out of bed,the time of anal exhaust,and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The heart rate,mean arterial pressure,and adrenaline in observation group were lower than those in control group at 10 min for establishment of pneumoperitoneum and at the end of surgery(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with uterine fibroid surgery is remarkble,and is worth popularizing.关键词
