基于ACSI与"钉钉+第三方应用"的智慧幼儿园融合模型
Research on the Integrated Development Model of Smart Kindergarten Based on ACSI Model and the"Nail+Third Party Application"Model

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology,the construction and development of smart kindergartens have become a new direction for educational informatization.Using the American Customer Satisfaction Index(ACSI)model as an evaluation tool,this study proposes a smart kindergarten integration development model based on the"DingTalk+third-party applications"model.The study compares the traditional model with the"DingTalk+third-party application"model.The results showed that the"DingTalk+third-party application"model increased the average satisfaction by 2.20%compared to the traditional model.Moreover,compared to the two traditional management models,the satisfaction rate of"DingTalk+third-party applications"has increased by 3.24%and 4.48%,respectively.The integration model of ACSI and DingTalk+third-party applications has obvious advantages in the development of smart kindergartens,which can effectively improve user satisfaction and provide strong support for the future development of kindergartens.关键词
