摘要

Abstract

Solid phase microextraction(SPE)is a simple and efficient method to achieve highly selective enrichment of volatile or non-volatile substances in the liquid phase or headspace without the use of any organic or chemical reagents.SPME is a combination of GC and HPLC technology,and has the advantages of wide analytical linear range.In this project,high purity and high stability of trace target compounds in samples were detected by means of adjusting column polarity,film thickness,continuous sampling and other methods by using high performance liquid chromatochromatocl-mass spectrometry.
