人参PR13基因克隆及其蛋白的生物信息学分析
Cloning of the PR13 gene of Panax ginseng and bioinformatic analysis of proteins

Abstract
To predict the structures and functions of PR13 by Method using MEGA X,Expasy-ProtParam,ExPASy-ProtScale,SignaIP-5.0,TMHMM Servery 2.0,InterPro,STRING,SOPMA,Cell-PLoc 2.0,Discovery Studio 2019 Client.Result The result showed that the molecular weight of PR13 was 8213.73 Da,furthermore,PR13 was identified as a hydrophilic basic protein which contained signal peptides,but without transmembrane structures.About secondary structure,it contained many structures of α-helices(38.67%)and irregular coils(44.00%),and some of β-Fold(6.67%)Extend Chain(10.67%).Following Gene Ontology(GO)annotation,PR13 is a killing of cells of another organism,defense to fungus or others and extracellular region.And the three-dimensional structure of proteins was drawn.Conclusion The study provides a theoretical basis for further study on mechanism of PR proteins and breeding of Panax ginseng.关键词
