超声乳化人工晶状体植入术对高度近视白内障患者的疗效
The efficacy of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in patients with high myopia and cataracts

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation on patients with high myopia and cataracts.Method:86 patients admitted from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected for grouping surgery.The experimental group received phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation,while the control group received extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation.Results:The surgical time and multiple postoperative indicators were compared between the two groups.The surgical time in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05);After surgery,the experimental group showed improvement in BCVA and naked eye far vision,with higher anterior chamber depth and volume,ECD,BUT,6A,and visual quality scores,and lower CV(P＜0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation have a shorter surgical time compared to extracapsular extraction,and more significant improvements in postoperative visual function,anterior segment parameters,and visual quality.They are safe and worthy of promotion.关键词
