摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the value of artificial intelligence(AI)-based CT angiographic flow reserve fraction(CT-FFR)in the differential diagnosis of patients with chest pain and suspected coronary artery disease.Methods:Sixty patients with suspected coronary artery disease in our hospital were selected from January 2019 to January 2024 to analyze the diagnostic value of AI-based CT-FFR on patients with chest pain and chest tightness suspected coronary artery disease,using ICA test results as the gold standard.Results:The accuracy of AI-based CT-FFR for diagnosing suspected coronary artery disease patients was 88.33%,sensitivity was 93.33%,specificity was 73.33%,and AUC was 0.849(95%CI:0.714-0.985).Conclusion:AI-based CT-FFR technology has high diagnostic value for patients with chest pain and chest tightness suspected coronary artery disease.
