摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of cardiac rehabilitation compliance in the elderly with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:According to compliance questionnaire after PCI,240 patientswere divided into good compliance group(135 cases)and poor compliance group(105 cases).The risk factors of poor cardiac rehabilitation compliance were analyzed.Results:The proportions of education level(junior high school and below),age≥80 years,distance to see a doctor≥30km,family income＜2000 yuan/month,children or nannies as caregivers,living alone and low family support in poor compliance group were higher than those in good compliance group(P＜0.05).Regression analysis showed that all the above factors were risk factors of poor cardiac rehabilitation compliance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Education level,age,distance to see a doctor,family income,main caregivers,living status,medication compliance and family support are all influencing factors of cardiac rehabilitation compliance.关键词
