摘要
Abstract
Objective:Analysis of furnace moxibustion apparatus combined with herbal fumigation sitz bath in patients with perianal abscesses.Methods:All 74 patients with perianal abscesses selected for surgical treatment were divided into 2 groups.Differences in pain scores,incision healing,inflammatory factor levels,quality of life,and adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results:Pain scores,incision healing,inflammatory factor levels,quality of life,and adverse events were significantly better in the trial group than in the reference group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion:Furnace moxibustion device combined with herbal fumigation sitz bath can significantly improve patients'pain,shorten patients'incision healing time,inhibit the level of inflammatory cytokine indicators,and improve patients'quality of life.关键词
