Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of modified nasal plugsfixation in reducing the incidence of nasal injury in preterm infants treated with continuous positive airway pressure ventilation(NCPAP).Methods:Atotal of 100 cases of preterm infants treated with NCPAP inour hospitalfrom July2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into conventional group and experimental group.The level of clinical indexes,blood gas analysis,nasal injury and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups of children.Results:Compared with the conventional group,the children in the experimental group showed a notable reduction in the levels of all clinical indicators,an improvement in the level of blood gas analysis,and a dramatic reduction in the incidence of nasal injuries(2.00%)(all P＜0.05);there was no meaningful difference in the in cadence of components between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:NCPAP During the treatment process,the use of hydrocolloid dressings to improve and fix nasal congestion can reduce nasal injury in premature infants while ensuring treatment effectiveness and safety,whichis worthy of clinical promotion and use.关键词
