Effect of dextromethorphan combined with nalbuphine on analgesia and serum CRP and NO after cesarean delivery

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with nalbuphine on analgesia and serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and nitric oxide(NO)in cesarean delivery patients.Methods:Randomized numerical table method was used to divide 102 cases of cesarean delivery admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to December 2023 into two groups:control group with nalbuphine+azasetron and observation group with dexmedetomidine+nalbuphine+azasetron,and compare the analgesic effects,serological indexes,depression scores,and adverse reactions in the two groups.Results:Postoperative resting pain and motor pain scores decreased faster in the observation group;CRP levels were lower and NO levels were higher;EPDS scores were lower;and the incidence rate of adverse reactions,5.88%,was lower,and all of them were statistically significant when compared with those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine combined with nalbuphine relieves maternal pain and improves serum CRP and NO levels after cesarean delivery.关键词
