Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of gratitude extension construction theory in elderly patients with multiple myeloma.Method:80 elderly patients with multiple myeloma who were included in the study were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group adopted routine health management,while the observation group implemented gratitude extension construction health management.Compare the changes in psychological and quality of life between two groups before and after intervention.Result:The gratitude and health knowledge level,as well as various scores on the quality of life measurement scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the scores on the Hamilton Depression Scale,Hamilton Depression Scale,and Simplified Fear of Disease Progress Scale were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Health management based on gratitude extension construction theory can improve the gratitude and health knowledge level of elderly patients with multiple myeloma,alleviate anxiety,depression,and fear of disease progression,and improve their quality of life.关键词
