摘要

Abstract

Post-weld hydrogen relief treatment was conducted on 022Cr23Ni5Mo3N duplex stainless steel for pressure equipment at 300~400℃ in order to study the changes of microstructure and properties of that duplex stainless steel,and the effects of different post-weld hydrogen relief treatment temperatures on the microstructure of the materials were analyzed by optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and transmission electron microscope(TEM),and the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the stabilized samples were tested.The research results show that the precipitation phase is dominated by Cr-rich α'phase,which is mainly produced by ferrite structure.At the same holding time,with the increase of post-weld hydrogen relief treatment temperature,the precipitation of the structure gradually increases.Due to the pinning effect of precipitated phase on grain boundary,the strength of the material is increased,the toughness is obviously decreased,but it still maintains good corrosion resistance.
