波峰带直边波纹管性能分析及试验研究OA北大核心CSTPCD
Performance analysis and experimental study of bellows with integral cylindrical part
为了解决不同直径管道相互连接时的柔性补偿问题,本文结合某工程项目的应用案例,采用有限元及试验相结合的方法,对波峰带直边波纹管的相关力学性能进行研究,并探究不同波峰直边长度的影响.结果表明,波峰带直边波纹管具有一定的低周疲劳寿命,强度设计可参照GB/T 16749-2018,疲劳寿命设计可参照GB/T 12777-2019,随着波峰直边段长度的增加,波纹管的刚度先增加后趋于不变,而波纹管疲劳寿命呈下降趋势,不利于产品的安全可靠性,这为波峰带直边波纹管的设计及工程应用提供依据.
In order to solve the problem of flexible compensation when pipes with different diameters were connected,the method of combining finite element and test was used to study the mechanical properties of bellows with integral cylindrical part.The influence of different wave crest straight flange was explored.The results show that bellows with integral cylindrical part have certain low cycle fatigue life.The strength design of bellows can be referred to GB/T 16749-2018.The fatigue life design of bellows can be referred to GB/T 12777-2019.The stiffness first increases and then tends to remain unchanged with the increase of the length of wave crest straight flange,whereas the fatigue life of the bellows shows a decreasing trend,which is not conductive to the safety and reliability of the bellows product.This provides a basis for the design and engineering application of bellows with integral cylindrical part.
