波峰带直边波纹管性能分析及试验研究
Performance analysis and experimental study of bellows with integral cylindrical part

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of flexible compensation when pipes with different diameters were connected,the method of combining finite element and test was used to study the mechanical properties of bellows with integral cylindrical part.The influence of different wave crest straight flange was explored.The results show that bellows with integral cylindrical part have certain low cycle fatigue life.The strength design of bellows can be referred to GB/T 16749-2018.The fatigue life design of bellows can be referred to GB/T 12777-2019.The stiffness first increases and then tends to remain unchanged with the increase of the length of wave crest straight flange,whereas the fatigue life of the bellows shows a decreasing trend,which is not conductive to the safety and reliability of the bellows product.This provides a basis for the design and engineering application of bellows with integral cylindrical part.关键词
