为科学合理地规划区域节水政策及工程实施,以内蒙古呼伦贝尔市阿荣旗为例,从产业耗水的角度归纳了区域用水总量和用水结构,分别从农业、工业、城镇供水和居民用水设施方面进行了节水潜力计算分析.同时,通过其产业节水水平和管理规划,建议利用调整产业结构的方式提高万元GDP用水量,提升当地用水效率.
