Abstract
With the rapid development of the economy and society in Hotan Prefecture and the continuous improvement of people's material and cultural living standards,the demand for water resources in the first,second,and third industries is rapidly increasing.Water scarcity has become an important factor restricting the sustainable development of the economy and society in the Hotan area.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of water conservancy projects in Hotan Prefecture,adheres to a problem oriented approach,studies solutions,and provides water supply security guarantees for the development of the Hotan area.关键词
