卡加曼灌区在合作市农业水价综合改革中的措施分析
Analysis on Measures of Comprehensive Reform of Agricultural Water Price in Kajiaman Irrigation District in Hezuo City

Abstract
Taking Kagaman Irrigation District as the research object,this paper analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the irrigation district.According to the overall goal of water price reform in Hezuo city,the paper adopted a series of non-engineering measures such as the reconstruction of irrigation channels and water intake facilities,the establishment of water use cooperation organizations,the implementation of project property rights,the establishment of precise subsidies for agricultural water saving,the incentive mechanism for water saving,and the transfer of water rights.To complete the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price in Kagaman irrigation district,it has important guiding significance for the comprehensive water price reform in Hezuo city.关键词
