Abstract
The oil used in the hydraulic system of hydropower plant governor is turbine oil.Oil mainly plays a role in lubrication,cooling,control,and speed regulation in the system.If the particle size index is not qualified,the solid particles in the oil in the speed control system may cause the electromagnetic valve to jam,the regulating system to act slowly,and affect the output of the unit.Therefore,the control of particle size index is particularly important for the oil equipment in power plants.This paper analyzes the reasons for the excessive particle size of turbine oil in the governor system through practical cases.By adopting"online oil filtration"measures to reduce the particle size of turbine oil,the normal operation of the equipment is ensured.关键词
