Abstract
Electricity is an important"fuel"driving national modernization.However,due to the shortage of electricity in Myanmar,the national electricity supply rate is about 50%.When the power grid in Myanmar collapses,the recovery period for power supply is long.The operation of Myanmar's large power grid to transfer electricity to an isolated network not only alleviates Myanmar's electricity demand,but also compensates for the losses caused by long-term shutdown of enterprises,while avoiding the risk of water abandonment during dry season due to improper water level control of small storage capacity.The stable operation of the large grid to the isolated grid has become the first challenge in the operation of the isolated grid.To achieve the goal of rapid switching from the large grid to the isolated grid,it is important to solve transient problems,power balance,and emergency response to ensure the stable operation of the unit.关键词
