甘肃省枸杞中二氧化硫残留量测定与分析
Determination and Analysis of Sulfur Dioxide Residues In Lyceum chinensis in Gansu Province

Abstract
This article conducts sulfur dioxide residue determination on 289 dried lyceum chinensis from the main pro-duction area in Gansu Province.The detection rate was 100%,the residual sulfur dioxide in lyceum chinensis in the main producing areas of Gansu Province are generally at a relatively safe level.Compared with the results of the main production areas of Baiyin,Wuwei,Jiuquan,it was found that the average content of sulfur dioxide in lyceum chinensis in Wuwei is significantly higher than Baiyin,and Baiyin is significantly higher than Jiuquan;There is no significant difference in the sulfur dioxide content among counties in Baiyin,Wuwei,and Jiuquan.关键词
