Insights into a Case Study of Purchasing Drugs from Illegal Channels
摘要
Abstract
This paper starts by describing the circumstances,legal characterization,applicability and punishment decision of laws in a case of a medical institution purchasing drugs through illegal channels.It deeply analyzes the key points of contention in the case and,in conjunction with relevant legal requirements,summarizes the detailed features and legal characterizations of similar cases.The aim is to provide a reference for combating the purchase of drugs through illegal channels and to enhance the effectiveness of case investigations and handling.关键词
