Abstract
The increasing diversity and convenience of health maintenance practices,coupled with growing health consciousness,have driven the functional food industry upwards.Probiotics,as one of the fastest growing segments,have become a focus in the industry.To promote the new quality productivity and healthy development of the probiotics industry,this article focuses on regulatory guidance,industry association promotion,stimulating market potential,creating new scenarios and business models,and addressing consumer demand orientation.It proposes strategies to improve basic research on probiotics,enhance production quality,and strengthen evidence-based research on finished products,aiming to provide references for promoting the high-quality development of China's probiotics industry.关键词
