摘要
Abstract
Timely and effective blood resuscitation is very important for patients with severe blood loss.The resuscitation fluids for hemorrhagic shock have evolved from whole blood to crystalloid/colloid solutions,crystalloid combined with red blood cells,to balanced blood components.In the past 20 years,it is a growing trend that low titer antibody group O whole blood(LTOWB)is used as the preferred universal bridging resuscitation fluid for emergent blood resuscitation.Herein we provide a review of the history and current status of whole blood for patients with severe bleeding and make a suggestion to launch a national implementation research program of LTOWB in China.关键词
