复方益母片促进早孕妇女人工流产术后恢复临床疗效观察
Clinical efficacy of Fufang Yimu Pills in promoting postoperative recovery of early pregnant women after in-duced abortion
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Fufang Yimu Pills in patients after induced abortion.Methods A total of 70 postoperative women with IA who visited the department of gynecology,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Third Affiliated Hospital from March 2023 to January 2024 after induced abortion were divided into treatment group and control group by the random number table method(n=35).Besides conventional oral antibiotics,the control group did not use any other drug treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Fufang Yimu Pills.The pain score,pain duration,vaginal bleeding volume,vaginal bleeding duration,endometrial thickness 2 weeks after surgery,pres-ence or absence of dominant follicles,first menstrual relapse time,first menstrual dysmenorrhea were observed in the two groups,and the safety of this theraphy was assessed.Results There was no difference in the 2-hour postoperative pain score between the two groups(P＞0.05),indicating comparability.The pain scores of the treatment group on the 3rd and 7th days were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).In terms of pain duration,the treatment group was shorter than the control group(P＜0.05).About the volume of vaginal bleeding and the duration of vaginal bleeding,the treat-ment group had better efficacy than the control group(P＜0.05).At 2 weeks postoperatively,the two groups had no dis-tinction in endometrial thickness(P＞0.05),and about the dominant follicle formation rate,the treatment group was high-er than the control group(P＜0.05).As far as the time of first menstrual relapse,there is a better curative effect in the treatment group.In the treatment group,the incidence of first menstrual dysmenorrhea and postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions and abnormal indicators in the two groups.Conclusion Fufang Yimu Pills in facil-itating recovery of patients after induced abortion has a good clinical efficacy.关键词
