红斑丹毒丝菌对猪脐静脉内皮细胞的感染及细胞增殖凋亡的影响
The infection ability,cell proliferation and apoptosis of Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae on porcine umbilical vein endothelial cells

Abstract
Porcine infected with Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae exhibits remarkable skin and vascular lesions.In order to disclose the effects of Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae infection on the viability of vascular endothelial cells,an in vitro model of Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae infection on porcine umbilical vein endothelial cells was established in this study.The adhesion ability of Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae to porcine umbilical vein endothelial cells was measured by gram staining and colony plate culture.The effects of Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae on cell viability,proliferat ion,and apoptosis were assessed using CCK-8,EdU,and Annexin V-PE kits.Results from this study showed that Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae efficiently adhered to and invaded into porcine umbilical vein endothelial cells.The viability and proliferation of porcine umbilical vein endothelial cells were significantly decreased by Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae infection,while the cell apoptosis ratio was significantly elevated.This study reveals that infection with Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae may lead to vascular system damage in porcine by inhibiting the proliferation of porine endothelial cells and inducing cell apoptosis.The findings will provide some new insights into the prevention and treatment of Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae infection.关键词
