2013-2023年颌面外伤研究文献计量与可视化分析
Bibliometric and visual analysis of researches on maxillofacial trauma from 2013 to 2023
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the hotspots and development trends of maxillofacial injury-related studies from 2013 to 2023 by bibliometric methods.Methods Maxillofacial injury-related literature published from 2013 to 2023 in the Web of Science Core Collection database was searched,and CiteSpace 6.2.R4 software was used to visualize and analyze the country,institution,author,cited journal,cited author,cited reference and keyword.Results Totally 6606 maxillofa-cial injury-related publications from 2013 to 2023 were included,with a steady increasing trend in the number of publi-cations,with the number of publications reaching a peak in 2021.A total of 120 countries,1332 institutions,and 1833 authors were involved.The United States was the country with the largest number of articles(2113 articles),followed by China(654 articles).Harvard University was the institution with the largest number of articles(120 articles),followed by Shanghai Jiao Tong University(92 articles);Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery was the journal with the largest number of cited journals(2679 articles).The top 3 high-frequency keywords were injury(1115 times),management(887 times),and trauma(517 times).The keywords included in the analysis were clustered into 15 tags and were related to four main areas,namely neurological injuries,fractures,maxillofacial injures,and maxillofacial injury-related econom-ic and social issues.The top 5 keywords in order of emer-gence intensity were surgical treatment,sport,behaviour,peripheral nerve and functional recovery.Keywords tri-geminal neuralgia,validation,systematic review and plas-tic surgery began to emerge in 2021.Conclusion The re-search heat on maxillofacial injury is increasing,and its research hotspot focuses on the epidemiological characteristics of maxillofacial injury and disease management,and grad-ually moves to more refined and personalized research areas.关键词
