Abstract
Chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)T cell therapy is a type of immunotherapy that utilizes genetic engineering to modify a patient's T cells to express specific CARs,thereby enabling them to specifically recognize and eliminate tumor cells or target cells carryinging the target antigen.This therapeutic approach has shown encouraging results in autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus,antisynthetase syndrome,and pemphigus vulgaris;however,it also faces challenges in terms of safety,cost-effectiveness,and timing of treatment.关键词
