Core issues and pathways of integrated care and medical services for the elderly
摘要
Abstract
The core challenges for the development of integrated care and medical services for the elderly lie in how to improve the accessibility of medical services and enhance the affordability of integrated care and medical services for the elderly.Current practices demonstrate limitations in addressing aforementioned two issues,necessitating a comprehensive strategy to foster the sustainable advance of integrated care and medical services for the elderly.Firstly,it is imperative to scientifically clarify the connotations,the medical treatments,target beneficiaries,and integration mechanisms of integrated care and medical services for the elderly.Secondly,there is a pressing need to significantly enhance the supply capacity of the health care system at the primary care level to improve accessibility.Finally,proactive exploration is indispensable to establish a long-term care service system and corresponding security mechanisms to alleviate the burden on the elderly.关键词
