全流程视角下互联网药事服务存在的问题与优化对策
Challenges and countermeasures of optimizing pharmaceutical service on the internet from the whole-process perspective

Abstract
Internet plus medical service is stepping into a trans-era development process,and pharmaceutical service on the internet has also attracted increasing attention.Based on the theoretical explanation of the connotation and process of pharmaceutical service on internet,and combined with hospitals'own management advantages,this paper dives into the main problems existing in management practice of pharmaceutical service on internet including drug catalog,electronic prescription,pharmacist manpower,comprehensive supervision,etc.Countermeasures were proposed to offer technical support and decision-making foundation for the high-quality development of pharmaceutical services on internet in hos-pitals.关键词
