Abstract
Objective To build an index system for integrated urban medical groups with cooperative party-building,and to provide reference for exploring the construction of a medical consortium in Minhang District with corporative party-building.Methods Through literature research and focus group interviews,a pool of work indicators for the med-ical group under the leadership of party building was established.Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted through the Delphi method,and the Saaty scale was applied to the experts'judgment scores with two-by-two compari-sons to calculate the weights;the hierarchical analysis method was used to calculate the weights of the three-level indi-cators,and to construct a leading index system for party building in an integrated urban medical group.Results A total of 40 experienced experts in health management,clinical practice,and party building,working in urban medical groups,were invited.In the two rounds of consultation,the expert's positive coefficients were 97.5%and 100.0%.Their authority coefficients for the first level indicators were 0.720 and 0.810,the coordination coefficients were 0.235 and 0.356,and the coefficients of variation for all levels of indicators were less than 0.25.An index system has been established,in-cluding 4 primary indicators,18 secondary indicators,and 41 tertiary ones.Among the primary indicators,the weight of"Party leadership role"ranks the top(0.335 7).Conclusions Experts in this study have a high level of authority and en-thusiasm,and a good level of coordination.The constructed index system clearly demonstrates the leading role of party building in integrated urban medical groups.关键词
