Leveraging active health for all:Singapore's health strategy and its implications for China
摘要
Abstract
Singapore has long been at the forefront of global health performance.Its"Healthier Singapore"(HSG)strategy,launched in 2022,aims to transform its healthcare system from traditional"reactive healthcare"to"active health"and guide the population in reshaping their health behaviors and lifestyles.The White Paper on this strategy emphasizes the importance of primary healthcare system development and primary prevention for residents'health in an aging society.This aligns closely with China's efforts to promote family doctors,a tiered diagnosis and treatment system,and to build a high-quality health service system centered on people's health.Therefore,this article reviews the background of Singapore's healthcare service system and the major health plans implemented by the Singapore government over the years before the release of the HSG strategy.It further introduces the core content of the HSG strategy,revealing Singa-pore's policy evolution and the construction of a supportive external environment to promote"active health"for all.The aim is to provide enlightments for strengthening primary healthcare in China.关键词
