摘要
Abstract
The development of artificial insemination technology promotes the scale and specialization of pig breeding.How to improve the preservation effect of pig semen is the key to promote the development of artificial insemination technology.At present,the semen of most pigs is stored at room temperature,but this preservation method is easy to lead to the accumulation of reactive oxygen species,and then reduce the quality of semen.Studies have shown that by adding the right amount of antioxidants,can improve the quality of pig semen and extend the shelf life.This review summarizes the main factors affecting the preservation of boar semen at room temperature and the research progress on the use of antioxidants in extenders for room temperature storage of boar semen,so as to provide theoretical support for the application of antioxidants in normal temperature preservation of porcine semen,it also provides a reference for the development of new preservation diluents.关键词
