猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)是一种严重威胁全球养猪业的病原体,其致病机制尚未完全解析.蛋白翻译后修饰对蛋白质功能至关重要,可精细调控蛋白质活性、稳定性和定位,进而影响细胞生长、分化和凋亡等生物学过程.PRRSV在入侵宿主细胞时,会触发一系列复杂生物学过程,其中蛋白翻译后修饰在病毒感染宿主中扮演着至关重要的角色,能够影响宿主对病毒的识别,并参与调节病毒复制、增殖及致病等过程.本文综述了磷酸化、泛素化、糖基化、棕榈酰化、乙酰化、乳酸化等蛋白翻译后修饰在PRRSV感染中的作用机制,以期为PRRSV致病机制研究提供新的思路,为PRRSV防治药物的研发提供理论依据.

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)is a pathogen that seriously threatens the global pig industry,and its pathogenic mechanism has not been fully resolved.Post-translational modification of proteins is crucial to protein function,and can fine-regulate protein activity,stability and localization,thus affecting biological processes such as cell growth,differentiation and apoptosis.It triggers a series of complex biological processes during PRRSV infection.Among them,protein post-translational modification plays a crucial role in virus infection of the host cells,which can affect the host's recognition of the virus,and participate in the regulation of virus replication,proliferation and disease occurrence.This paper reviews the research progress on the mechanism of protein post-translational modifications such as phosphorylation,ubiquitination,glycosylation,palmitoylation,acetylation and lactation in PRRSV infection.It will provide a new idea for the study of pathogenesis of PRRSV,and provide a theoretical basis for the research and development of anti-PRRSV drugs.
