重组贻贝粘蛋白敷料对CO2点阵激光术后创面修复的作用OA
The role of recombinant mussel adhesive protein dressing in post-CO2 fractional laser wound repair
目的 评价不同浓度的重组贻贝粘蛋白修复敷料对CO2 点阵激光术后的创面覆盖和护理的有效性及安全性.方法 选取 2023 年 11 月至 2024 年 4 月在深圳市人民医院招募 36 例CO2 点阵激光术后患者随机分为 3 组,每组 12 例.对照组釆用重组胶原蛋白敷料,观察组分别釆用不同浓度重组贻贝粘蛋白敷料进行干预,分为A组(0.2 g/L)、B组(0.5 g/L),随后进行为期 28 天的随访观察,分别在不同时间点进行痂皮脱落观察、急性炎症评分、患者满意度评分、皮肤屏障与VISIA指标观察以及不良事件收集.结果 主要有效性评价指标治疗后创面愈合时间,两组观察组和对照组组间均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).次要评价指标包括急性炎症评分、患者满意度评分、皮肤屏障指标等,在次要评价指标中,A组患者治疗后第 3 天脱屑值为(0.17±0.08),显著低于对照组(0.35±0.18),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组在第 7 天紧绷感方面显著高于对照组(P<0.05).患者满意度评分上,A组和B组在"产品改善术后敏感不适""肌肤更加水润保湿""肌肤整体状态得到改善"等多项指标上的评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05).在皮肤屏障指标中,B组在第 14 天的TEWL评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);在VISIA检测指标中,A组的第 14 天的色素面积显著低于对照组(P<0.05).安全性方面,所有受试者均未出现不良反应.结论 重组贻贝粘蛋白敷料对于激光术后修复的安全性及功效性不劣于目前市场上的重组胶原蛋白敷料贴,在某些指标如脱屑、经皮失水、色素面积及主观感受等方面要优于胶原蛋白敷料贴.
Objective Evaluate the effectiveness and safety of recombinant mussel adhesive protein dressing at different concentrations for covering and caring for post-CO2 fractional laser wounds.Methods The Shenzhen People's Hospital recruited 36 postoperative patients from November 2023 to April 2024,undergoing carbon dioxide fractional laser treatment and randomly divided them into three groups,with 12 cases in each group.The control group received intervention with recombinant collagen dressing,while the observation groups were treated with recombinant abalone adhesive protein dressing at different concentrations(Group A:0.2 g/L,Group B:0.5 g/L)after CO2 fractional laser treatment.Subsequently,a 28-day follow-up was conducted with observations at different time points,including scab shedding,acute inflammation scores,patient satisfaction scores,skin barrier and VISIA indicators,and collecting adverse events.Results The main effectiveness evaluation indicator,the healing time of post-treatment wounds,showed no statistically significant difference between the two observation groups and the control group.Secondary evaluation indicators included acute inflammation scores,patient satisfaction scores,and skin barrier indicators.Among these,on the third day after treatment,desquamation value in Group A was(0.17±0.08),significantly lower than the control group's(0.35±0.18),showing a statistical difference(P<0.05);Group B showed a significant increase in skin tightness on the 7tth day compared to the control group(P<0.05).Regarding patient satisfaction scores,both Group A and B scored significantly higher than the control group on multiple indicators,including"improvement of sensitivity discomfort after the procedure,""skin becoming more hydrated and moisturized,"and"overall improvement of skin condition"(P<0.05).In skin barrier indicators,Group B had significantly lower TEWL scores than the control group on the 14tth day(P<0.05);in VISIA detection indicators,pigment area in Group A on the 14tth day was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of safety,no adverse reactions were observed in all participants.Conclusions Recombinant mussel adhesive protein dressing is not inferior to currently available recombinant collagen dressing in terms of safety and efficacy for post-laser repair.It outperforms collagen dressing in certain indicators such as desquamation,trans-epidermal water loss,pigment area,and subjective perception by participants.
