Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of broad-spectrum intense pulsed light combined with supramolecular salicylic acid on rosacea.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 100 patients with rosacea who attended the Department of Dermatology of Liupanshui People's Hospital from March 2022 to October 2023,and divided them into a control group(n=49),which was treated with conventional treatment combined with supramolecular salicylic acid,and an observation group(n=51),which was combined with broad-spectrum intense pulsed light treatment on the basis of the control group,based on the different treatment modalities.The differences in symptoms,clinical effects,facial skin function indexes,adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the symptoms and facial skin function indexes of the two groups(P>0.05);At different treatment nodes,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤0.05);in the 12 weeks of treatment,symptom scores,facial sebum content,trans-epidermal water loss,and erythema were lower than that in the control group,and the stratum corneum water content was higher than that in the control group.The difference is statistically significant(P ﹤0.05);the incidence rate of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the observation group is lower than that of the control group,and the difference is not statistically significant(P ﹥0.05).Conclusions Wide-spectrum intense pulsed light combined with supramolecular salicylic acid can reduce the symptoms of rosacea patients,enhance the therapeutic effect,improve the condition of facial skin,and has high safety.关键词
