Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of Quban Yurong Pill combined with tranexamic acid microneedle introduction in the treatment of melasma.Methods A total of 87 patients from March 2022 to March 2024 with melasma who were treated in the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Zhengzhou Dilaimei Medical Cosmetology Hospital were selected.All patients were treated with Quban Yurong pill combined with tranexamic acid microneedle,and the therapeutic effect was observed.Results After treatment,7 patients were basically cured,43 showed significant improvement,35 were effective,and 2 were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 97.70%.After treatment,patient image analysis showed significant improvement in pigmentation,brownish spots,and red areas compared to before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the area and severity index score of melasma lesions and the quality of life index score of skin diseases in patients were significantly reduced compared to before treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,the level of estradiol in patients decreased significantly compared to before treatment(P<0.05);59 patients were very satisfied with the treatment results,25 were generally satisfied,and 3 were dissatisfied,with a satisfaction rate of 96.55%.Conclusions The combination of quban yurong wan and tranexamic acid microneedle introduction has a definite effect on the treatment of melasma,which can effectively improve patient symptoms,regulate estradiol levels,and improve quality of life and satisfaction.关键词
