Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of CO2 dot matrix laser combined with moist exposed burn ointment in the treatment of facial pigmentation.Methods A total of 65 patients with facial pigmentation admitted to Henan Plastic Surgery Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into control group(n=33)and observation group(n=32)according to random number table method.The control group received CO2 dot matrix laser treatment,and the observation group received CO2 dot matrix laser combined with moist exposed burn ointment.Both groups were treated until the wound healed.Facial pigmentation score,skin nature score,quality of life score,oxidative stress index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and typical case pictures were analyzed.Results After treatment,the facial pigmentation score and skin property score of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group.After treatment,the quality of life scores of both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group.After treatment,serum malondialdehyde and lipid peroxide levels in both groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group,serum superoxide dismutase was higher than before treatment,and observation group was higher than control group.The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions CO2 dot matrix laser combined with moist exposed burn ointment can improve the skin properties of patients with facial pigmentation,promote the recovery of pigmentation,regulate the level of oxidative stress indexes,improve the quality of life of patients,and have a high safety.关键词
