Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of autologous auricular cartilage transplantation combined with solid silicone prosthesis implantation in rhinoplasty.Methods Seventy two patients who underwent rhinoplasty in the Department of cosmetic surgery,Pingdingshan Yimei medical beauty hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups based on different treatment methods,with 36 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with autologous auricular cartilage transplantation combined with solid silicone implant for rhinoplasty,while the control group was treated with solid silicone implant for rhinoplasty.Compare the measurement parameters,satisfaction,and complications of nasal appearance between two groups.Results The postoperative nasal length and nasal tip protrusion of the two groups were longer than before surgery,while the nasal lip angle and nasal tip rotation angle were smaller than before surgery,and the nasal tip angle was larger than before surgery,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in postoperative nasal length,nasal tip protrusion,nasolabial angle,nasal tip angle,and nasal tip retrorotation angle between the two groups(P>0.05);The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Both simple solid silicone implant and autologous auricular cartilage transplantation combined with solid silicone implant can improve the appearance of the nose during rhinoplasty.However,autologous auricular cartilage transplantation combined with solid silicone implant can reduce the occurrence of complications and improve patient satisfaction.关键词
