Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of adjacent skin flap repair after eyelid tumor resection surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with eyelid tumors admitted to Jinshan New Hospital of Southeast Ophthalmology Hospital in Fuzhou from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects.40 patients who underwent eyelid tumor resection surgery and were repaired with adjacent skin flaps were included in the observation group,and 40 patients who underwent eyelid tumor resection surgery and were directly sutured were included in the control group.Compare the changes in eyelid morphology,repair effect,and eyelid function before and after surgery between two groups of patients.Results At 2 months after surgery,the eyelid mass in the observation group patients significantly disappeared;The scores of various indicators on the scar assessment scale for the observation group patients and observers were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the tear film rupture time was higher in the observation group than in the control group.The tear height and symptom disappearance time were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of adjacent skin flap repair after eyelid tumor resection can significantly improve the repair effect and eyelid function.关键词
