Abstract
Objective To exploring and analyzing the clinical and aesthetic effects of finger replantation for the treatment of complete distal finger amputation injury.Methods A total of 98 patients with complete amputation of the distal segment of the finger admitted to Zhengzhou Orthopedic Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected.All of whom underwent finger replantation surgery.The therapeutic and aesthetic effects were observed.Results The postoperative survival rate of severed fingers in patients was 94.90%;The excellent recovery rate of severed finger function is 84.69%;The incidence of complications is 5.10%.The length of replanted nails in postoperative patients was(14.29±2.61)mm,with a two-point discrimination of(7.41±0.16)mm and a distal interdigital range of motion of(61.83±3.94)°.The score of Quality of Life 3 months after operation was significantly higher than that before operation(P<0.05).A total of 67 patients were very satisfied with the treatment results of finger replantation,25 were generally satisfied,and 6 were dissatisfied,with a satisfaction rate of 93.88%.Conclusions Replantation of severed finger can effectively improve the function of fingers,improve the quality of life,and the aesthetic satisfaction of patients is high.关键词
