微创超薄贴面技术在前牙瓷贴面美学修复中的应用效果观察

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of minimally invasive ultra-thin veneer technology in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth with porcelain veneers.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 48 patients who underwent anterior tooth porcelain veneer treatment in the Department of Stomatology at Sanming Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from September 2018 to September 2023.Among them,24 patients in the control group were repaired using conventional all ceramic veneer technology,while 24 patients in the observation group were repaired using minimally invasive ultra-thin veneer technology.Compare the dental aesthetics and incidence of complications within 6 months after treatment between two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the aesthetic index scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Within 6 months after treatment,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Minimally invasive ultra-thin veneer technology can improve the dental aesthetics and satisfaction of patients treated with porcelain veneers for anterior teeth,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
