Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of using Cameron's timely theory to guide the full process nursing of scar plastic surgery patients after facial and neck burns.Methods A total of 90 patients with facial and neck burn scar plastic surgery who were admitted in Putian First Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected.All patients received full care under the guidance of Cameron's timely theory,and their self-care ability,psychological resilience,and scar recovery before and after intervention were compared.Results In comparision of the before intervention,the exercise of self-care agency scale scores of the after intervention was higher(P<0.05).In comparision of the before intervention,the Connor Davidson Resilience scale scores of the after intervention was higher(P<0.05).Among 45 patients,25 showed significant improvement,18 were effective,and 2 were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 95.56%(43/45).Conclusions Cameron's timely theoretical guidance in full process nursing for scar plastic surgery patients after facial and neck burns,which can improve their self-care ability,enhance psychological resilience,and effectively promote scar recovery.关键词
