摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shugan Jieyu and Sanjie Xiaozheng decoction combined with transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Methods A total of 80 patients with ovarian cysts who were treated in Qidong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to random number table method.The observation group was given transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery combined with Shugan Jieyu and Sanjie Xiaozheng decoction while the control group was given transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery.The clinical efficacy and postoperative related indicators[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),anal exhaust time,incision healing time,hospital stay]were compared between the two groups,and The TCM syndromes scores(primary syndromes scores,secondary syndromes scores)were recorded in both groups before and after treatment.The differences in inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)]before surgery and at 3 days after surgery and ovarian function[follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)]before and after treatment were observed,and the incidence rates of postoperative complications in the two groups were recorded.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in anal exhaust time and incision healing time between the two groups(P＞0.05).However,the VAS score of the observation group at 3 days after surgery was lower than that of the control group,and the length of hospitalization was shorter,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM main and secondary diseases in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and E2 of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the observation group and the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion Shugan Jieyu,Sanjie Xiaoshi Decoction combined with transumbilical single-hole laparoscopic surgery has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of ovarian cysts,which can effectively improve symptoms and ovarian function,reduce inflammation,and have fewer complications.关键词
