摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of calcium gluconate, carprost, tramine combined with oxytocin on postpartum hemorrhage(PPH)status and coagulation function. Methods Fifty cases of cesarean section in Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oxytocin, and the observation group was treated with calcium gluconate, carprost tramine combined with oxytocin. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The postpartum blood loss 2 and 24 h in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the fibrinogen(FIB)of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the prothrombin time(PT)and thrombin time(TT)of observation group were shorterr than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum Ca2+and hemoglobin in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of PPH with calcium gluconate, carprost, and triol combined with oxytocin may be more effective than traditional treatment in reducing blood loss and improving coagulation function, without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
